Hi,
I have a Canon 24-70L for sale. Lens comes with box, hood, caps, etc and has recently been focus calibrated by Canon RCC UK. The lens is under Canon repair warranty until 5/2/09!
The lens has a 1 cm scratch on the underside of the lens barrel, unfortunately I didn't notice this until after I photographed it and am now out of the country. There is a tiny and I mean really miniscule scratch on the SIDE (opaque part) of the rear lens element, it extends a tiny fraction of a mm onto the imaging part of the element but when I tell you that a 1:1 macro lens isn't enough to photograph is and I've never even began to have a problem from something you would have to look hard to find - you'll appreciate that it isn't even the beginning of a problem. However I've priced the lens with this in mind, it's an honest sale.
