Default Camping in Mt Shasta, CA

Snapped this in the forest around Mt. Shasta, CA. Lovely place to camp.

Adrian,

The link's broken!

Can you fix it? Or else, repost with the correct link and I'll tidy up!

Photobucket has been having issues. I have no clue what is going on there. I see it there now. *shrugs*

Everything is great today! Your picture is loading perfectly. Is Smugmug more reliable? They use one of the largest server networks on the cloud.

Adrian,

Do you camp in a tent or in your car? I notice an wonderful water pipe and faucet. Is this part of the camp setup? I've never camped in such a place and that was decades ago, LOL! This place has the marks of civilization and seems to hold out even further comforts!

That simple water pipe is a prize feature of the picture. I love it.

It was a KOA Cabin this time. We used tents last time. Here's the cabin:

the light peeping around the trees is beautiful. What a great place. Amazing to see that water pipe out there.

This makes sense. Did you get up early for a hike or is this sunset?

It was sunset. =) We did get up near dawn, but the mountain obfuscated the light.

Adrian, this certainly looks like a nice place. I'd be interested to see more from this area.
