Looks like the remnants of an office of some sort with at least 13 CRT's and one iMac. Just one 80's calculator. I guess the office closed down. Could have been a medical billing business that needs so many places or a betting parlor that was busted! I wonder what the real story is and what will happen to this pile.
There are places that recycle them and recover all the precious rare earth metals!

I think it is a recycling facility, especially given the location. There are piles of UPS battery systems, CPU's and printers, all stacked up like this.
