This is wonderful. It looks like the grass in the foreground is covered with frost but has melted where the sun has reached it in the background and his face is just being illuminated.

I love this catch. I love birds especially Raptors !! I think a name like Sullivan fits and if it is a female Sullvana ! Beautiful work.

This is simply superb! It’s something I would expect to see in the corner of a painting by the Flemish artist Pieter Brueghel the Elder. This would make any village or farm scene so genuine!
I am thrilled to see this. While the background is natural, the bird stands out and is not hidden by its camouflage. Also the generous asymmetry of the composition shows great confidence and makes this picture much more than a picture of a bird, done well technically.
This now is an accomplished work of art worth printing as part of one’s very select portfolio.
