Lost & Found

"Lost & Found" is a little allegory for that feeling of finding something meaningful or special that was hidden in the randomness that surrounds us. Also, I made this series inspired by a pure "fine art photography" spirit, which is gratifying to find now and then. So, the tittle is basically a statement of my own feelings about these photos. Hope you find them interesting.

Very nice studies in texture and tone.

My first inclination was to like #1 first as it is geometrically neat and simple. However, picture # 3 has taken over as it has some sense of life to it with the trunk with white excrescences zooming in towards us.

Now picture 2 is also getting my attention for it's message of open spaces, like being on the great plains.

These pictures go well together.

I would have played with the idea of a vignette, subtle but it might be worth evaluating.
