Not only is the a fun picture and well conceived, but it also is a great learning opportunity. In this composition, from the decorative globe to all the droplets it repeats one common motif, the circle or sphere in so many different variations.

This is one of the ways in which some of the greatest 19th and 20th Century painters, such as Van Gogh, Monet, and even Picasso worked. The same shape or stroke is used as a simple building block to develop texture and then form.

Great job!

It's so satisfying and internally coherent, and furthermore the sentiment of "Greetings and Good Wishes and Cheer" resonates with all of us!
