Robert,

We live in an area in Southern California where no one is really self sufficient. We have ample city crews removing the odd fallen branch and "snow blowers" are distant memories of college days on the East Coat.

This picture for me, at least, could have startling connotations. Who would have an impulse to buy a chain saw in the street? My first reaction what that it was a remedy for self defense against the "walking dead"!
