Just for Fun No C&C will be given: Gee Dad, It's a Wurlitzer!

Wurlitzer pianos were manufactured at DeKalb, Illinois until around 1973. It was a major employer in the town, and I recall hearing the steam whistle announcing beginnings and ends of shifts as a kid when the family moved to the town in 1961.

Nothing lasts forever. After many decades of operation, the factory shut its doors in 1973. The old brick building has housed some small incubator industries since then, but it has mostly remained empty. The passage of the years have taken their toll, so walls and roofs are beginning to collapse in an example of the natural order of things.
