The photos of the little girl were lit using a large softbox & a reflector. The twins I think just the softbox in close.

I love the first one, the contradiction between the woolly hat and the angel outfit is just great, beautiful children and best of all you've captured them having fun, did she choose to wear the hat with the dress herself?
