Sequence III

It's a long time i am interested in sequences in photography : how to compose a movement or an action with fixed pictures ? I like the idea of suggesting atmosphere with such of sequences.

Two images could be a sequence. However it's not quite sufficient as we merely have two instances. A sequence is like chain. Of course, one can say two links could be a chain. Even 3 I would question. One might say that's part of a chain, but not yet a chain.

So i'd expect a film strip of say 5-8 picture before I recognized a sequence.

Besides, we don't see much difference between the first and second image. I do like the top image, but I'd prefer to see some changing beyond what's there.

Cedric,

I am empathetic with the top picture because it's at the junction of a change for the man's path. He will turn and descend. Such transitions can be hooks for other thoughts. So it becomes interesting.

The former picture is continuing and not so dynamic.
