Your subjects stand out well in this! Sometimes I see color street shots and the subjects get lost and are hardly noticeable. Well constructed story telling picture!

I like this vividness, Robert. However, if the title relates to the storm, then perhaps you looked into a black and white presentation too?
One of the questions I have to someone who does not do things "accidentally", is why the importance of each of the elements here are not seemingly ranked in any way, but rather each component is maximized for its individual impact, so there's a cacophony of voices from the picture, each demanding separate scrutiny and attention.
This is not the usual way you build your images, as far as I remember.
