Thanks for revving the "bridges" thread, and in it I found this masterpiece.


Most kind of you!

Everyone just loves that bridge! It's such a factor in all S.F. life. Endless points of interest in the structure, crossing it by bicycle car or by foot each a unique experience in its own right and magnificent stroke of grandeur to the landscape from all around - land, the bay or from above!


This is actually apparently the Golden Gate Bridge, I think from the Presdio (San Francisco) end.

A unique view, peering between buildings.

You realize that with each picture one could determined which street, balcony or window these last two pictures were taken given the known geometry of this famous bridge!
