Over the river…

For some reason, I did not make this with my 1DsIII but with a loaned 5D…

Was shot with 70-200 IS @120mm, handheld, 15 vertical frames.
Stitched with autopano 1.4 (RMS 2.24!)

The river is 400 meters (1300 feet) wide in that place.

You can see two boats, the one on the left is 100 feet long the other one "only" 60 feet…
All buildings are our client CNB, you may even see our logo on one of the red bricks wall on the left of the image.

As we cannot post zoomified views within OPF, here is the link

I'd like to add that for those still scared to get their image stolen, that this Zoomify "system" is pretty neat!
This view is made of about 40.000 files! Bon courage to recover it!

Nicolas,

Welcome to the 5D world. It really is pretty good. You have made a remarkable pano. I now have a Zoomify license. So perhaps you might guide us in setting this up here when you have time. You large panorama is perfect and very impressive. I like the goodle Earth image to orientate us. It could be wider view to get more contest... ha ha!

You don't need a license if you use it like me as "standard" user. It is included in the "export" menu of CS3 and CS4, maybe CS2 or even CS…

Embedding is all explained in the Zoomify website… we just need OPF to accept embedded Flash files…

Thank you Valentin
I appreciate the compliment coming from a specialist!
I'm not that happy with the IQ at 100%, maybe because I'm too much used to better cameras…
