Hi,

... and digitally fixed ...

Wolfgang,

I am very open to the use of digital filters and art effects in "developing" the image. After all, the camera's picture here is meant to capture the whirl of movement and one person interacting briefly with another in a beautiful social dance. The art filter takes this to the nth and the result is impressive.

Just for my education, could you also share the original after normal adjustments for black and white points and contrast and the like?

Interesting that the filter process changed the main character from the photographer to the couple being photographed.

With the photographer less important, the couples joy seems stronger as they now are observing all the dance and movement in the street.

Great lesson!

It becomes much more inclusive. Actually I think the photographer is much more important in the piece. Your eyes focus on him first- What the artist "Wolfgang sees is this but also an "inclusive carnival of Life!! So it is incorporated as such.
