Light Industrial Harmonies

Some light industrial harmonies. Sorry for the low res. I uploaded to a certain site and it resized them this way.

Well done, Jesse!

I like the matching of the shapes and lighting, especially the repeat of the diagonal wire shadows on the left and the stark frontal flat view. I'd love to see more of this first set and precisely aligned to be orthogonal, if that is what the design is intended to be. Then the only thing that changes is the pattern of the walls and doors and pipes on the roof, but not the light or the angles of the wires and shadows.

Asher

Jesse,

I consider these three separately as they appear to be taken from an angle and this allows the buildings to be seen as a more of solid 3D structures as we now can see edges and sides.

Again, the matching of the photography style is inviting. The colors work well together too. Good job!

Hi Asher,
The first two which you pointed out are actually taken from an angle which is right of center. Its not as dramatic as the two of the buildings that contain the cloudy blue skies but it is an angle. The other two are clearly taken from an angle which is left of center. The image of the factory was taken from what I consider to be the front. The left edge of the building on the right side of the image is actually in the center of the composition. The angles from which these images were taken are deliberate in the sense that they provided the best composition which I could find. Particularly they were the most harmonious compositions which were "available". Certainly a better composition could be wished for, but these were the best angles I could find within a reasonable time frame.
