The smallest bee ever

Robert Watcher

The smallest bee ever on Anne’s back porch flowers this morning. These little pink flowers aren’t much bigger than 1/4” across and the bee was smaller than that. It may be a “Confusing Furrow Bee” which has sizes of 1/8th to 1/4 inch. Almost invisible creatures around that we don’t pay much attention to.

I’m not a macro photographer, and don’t have the proper gear to do it justice —- but had to try and capture with what I had in the existing light I was presented with.
