    I've noticed that this forum is not very busy, and was wondering if that was due to lack of submissions or a backlog in previewing/approval by an admin? If it's the latter, then I'd be willing to volunteer to co-administer this forum. I currently am one of the Senior Admins on the Black and White forum, the Infrared Forum, and am Admin Emeritus of the Texas Talent Board, so I have experience. I've also been doing serious art photography with the figure for about 20 years, and have a strong adversion to "glamour" or "cheesecake". In other words, I like what this forum is supposed to be about and would like to help support it.

    Hi Michael, I´ve just bought a whibal and the dvd and i´d like que make some questions...
    I´ve tried the forum in rawwf but I couldn´t login.

    1 - When I shoot the same object under diferent sources of light using the whibal (for each condition of light) and the eye dropper of CR, are the colours suposed to be absolutely the same??
    I shot a flower in daylight and then in my kitchen under fluorescent lights, and besides the white is the same after the correction with the whibal shots (one in each condition), the colours are totaly different.
    The diference heapens in fact when i move the flower to the kitchen, and I can see it, but I thought the whibal would bring the colours always to the same pathway.
    So, are the colours acurated to what I see or to a neutral pathway?? and how can I make it to be always the same colour under different lights?? (I photograph art, and the photos have to be always neutral in terms of colour, independent of what light I´m using...


    2 - In theory, what is the difference between adjusting a photo in CR before opening or adjusting it on photoshop??
    I think its better to adjust in CR because it "re-build" the image from the raw info each time I change something, while the photoshop only changes the information that the image in TIFF already carries... AM I RIGHT???? what is the theory beyond CR adjustments??
