At the Hammer Museum in Westwood California, everything is free, except the restaurant.

Just outside the restaurant, there are chairs for movement, but not rocking chairs! These can rock in any direction, as it’s sits on cone!

The larger the diameter, the greater the blur.

But her feet are not blurred!

....I admit I cheated by adding peripheral blur and including some of the conical base to give the mood of the activity!
