So, what's the story here? The cards cutouts of a family, his perhaps? And where was it taken?

I have had this image on my hard drive for about year and a half. I cropped the original and left it at that. This was a quick shot and the only one I have. I was meandering around Chinatown in Vancouver when I came upon this scene long before my recent images of this place. As you will be able to see in the following image the mural depicts what appears to be a family run business that did washing and ironing back in the early days of Chinatown. Thank you for Asking!
