Very interesting combination. The differences in dress are so clear. What is also so fabulous is the blue pot. Is that a native product or just one made in China to sell to the native population?

Women @ work...I like the action being a working woman.

Charlotte-

That term can cause a lot of misunderstanding, Charlotte!

I was chatting with 3 lovely such ladies, (so elegantly dressed), at a scientific convention and they were so friendly asking me about how I liked to be entertained. They kept on reminding me that they were all "working women", either alone or together.

Only when they whispered rather specific indulging options and a price list, did I realize that they were not there dor the actual science!

......and they wore flat shoes, cashmere and worsted and pearls! ?

Robert,

I like the juxtaposition. I hope you might keep your eye open for more such opportunities to frame such different walks of life going in the same direction.

There is great potential for this idea to be expanded and we could learn a lot.

I don't recall such scenes in your Nicaragua pictures!

It took you that long to recognize their ' interests'.?

And Asher, you should have offered to educate them in science and the arts. You should have negotiated
long into the night. Maybe you need to get yourself a copy of the second most widely read book on the planet..' The Art of the Deal '.

BTW, a good excuse to go attend a conference. No?
