Have no idea what the building is, but the foliage on the wall feels so Asian to me, like the side and low trees embroidered on Kimonos!

By chance or by design, the color of the reddish vine matches closely the painted door and part of the structure behind the wall!

Thank you for the kind comments. Yes: what attracted me to that building were the colours and the shape of the wines. I had not thought about Kimonos, though, but there is a similarity indeed.
