Adapting Vintage Meniscus Lenses II using Fuji GFX 50s

Jim Galli has made available $58-85 Vintage Meniscus lenses Galli-Mounted to either Nikon or Canon Eos Body Caps.

This could be provided in body caps of any camera.

Here are results using either a Nikon body by Jim Galli or a Canon 7D in my hands With description of various macro bellows or helical mounts.

I simply removed the Eos mounted lens body cap to Helical Mount and attach it to a “SteelSpring Eos to GFX“ adapter with extra depth provided by an 18mm Fuji GFX Macro Ring Behind th Steelspring adapter.

This is a very handy setup that allows easy mounting and switching of macro focus of the Galli-Meniscus lenses.

Now something primitive and worth considering: the same view, by the window with a Fuji GFX and the Simple Galli 115mm 3.3 vintage meniscus lens!

The focus is with an Eos to Eos Helical Mount and the Steelspring Eos-GFX adapter and an 18mm GFX macro ring.
