The An-2 needs less than 200m for take-off or landing (lifting off ground).
I do not have the exact numbers, but the 15m (50ft) above ground criteria is IMHO easily fulfilled within the upper limit of 500m (1500ft) of takeoff or landing.

Strange association...

The plane was designed for agriculture (crop duster), and transport to remote places. The travel speed is rather low (~80kn).
Production was about 18000 units. The one shown was built in 1958.
