Admittedly, I think that very early autos look like contraptions...early studies for prototypes. But by the late 20's and early 30's some of the details and vignettes from body designs were positively erotic in the right light.

Ah, now we're talking Art Deco R-rated lines. The days when product designs used form to lure your emotions (although this form was actually born in engineering tests for slippery airflow). I could spend a day or two just experimenting with photos of this car's details using various lighting.
