Jaime,

The colors are my favorite and the cub is the cutest mischief maker and a winner for a kids picture book! It's also a treat for aficionados of narrow depth of field, like myself! The face is just perfectly imaged. Is this at f4.0? I wonder whether you also tried a smaller f stop. I have yet to try a 500mm lens so, I don't have the feel for it.

The narrow depth of field, and amazing bokeh, really put this image over the top. I would guess this is wide open, and think it would lose something at a smaller aperture.
