... just don't tell me the bg is blown out. I know it is. You should see the sky here today... talk about grey!

Thank you so much Jaime, I really appreciate you stopping by! These guys usually visit us every year around this time of Feb but still I feel really lucky I was home. They were so fearless... I stood only a few meters away from them and they did not mind at all!

Jarmo,

This is so lyrical with the curves of the birds feeding.

I'd save this for a special project. Use them for some combination with a new background. They'd make fine greeting cards or parts of a larger more ambitious composition. Good chance they'll be back for at least a week, given the amount of food there to eat.

Thank you so much Asher and Sam. I was out of town a couple of days and had an internet problem after that, hence a late answer.

The sky finally cleared up today. And my new friends came back!

Nice shots. Blue skies are so much nicer than the cloudy/white ones!

This image gives a decent view of the head and eye in a nice pose. You might try bringing out some of the shadow detail here - I bet there's enough there to further enhance this nice capture.

Jarmo,

This is exciting as you can review what you did and then plan the next attack. Looking forward to more of this urban saga!

Thank you Don and Asher! I agree with Don about the need to bring out more detail. I'll take a look at the raws and see what I can do. (These guys are so much fun to watch...)
