There's a lot going on, Cem!

But in spite of 3 heavy trucks, she dominates the scene! What kind of a place is it. That truck on the right is impressive with the drop down sides. Is this the equivalent of a self-directed individual enterprising woman to make a food service at an industrial plant?

This was at a week market somewhere in Turkey. She and her family have set up this little market "stand" where she bakes delicious "gozleme", cheese filled wraps. She doesn't have an oven, she bakes them on top of the hot plate to her right.
