There's something wrong in the way you copied the url at pbase…
If I copy the url and paste it in the browser url box, I get the image… So I guess you copied it from the wrong place, sorry I'm not pbase aware but someone here should be able to help you…

Well, actually, it's a new form of minimalism, called nicht dasein (very popular with German avant gardists. Seriously, see Big Balls Corrected.
