yes they are wholesalers that sell the produce in larger quantities to food vendors around the city, None (or very little) of the produce in El Salvador is grown locally - all imported, mostly from neighbouring Guatemala.

Yes. All my pics are processed. I have presets that I have made in Snapseed and Lightroom for different looks I am after.

Although, I am not always that far off the original. With this street shot, I shoot in Vivid mode with my Olympus E-M10 - sharpness +2 - Contrast +1 - Saturation +2. First I manipulate the camera settings to get as close to the look I am after as possible, then I polish off the the image in processing.
