I especially like this firelight portrait. Might you perhaps increase the brightness just in the bright areas with an S-curve, more so in the adult.

Very nice, Jarmo. Are midsummer bonfires traditional in Finland? If so, are they also enjoyed midwinter as well?

Tom, Midsummer bonfires are an ancient Nordic tradition (and, according to Wikipedia, Irish, as well. I didn't now that). It is quite controversial, as you point out. We burn them when the day is longest (sun doesn't practically set at all!) and don't burn them in the winter when we certainly would need them for the light!
