Here the policeman would be accused of being xenophobic and might even be placed on paid administrative leave pending an enquiry.
I do t think we have fines for taking pictures!
But actually I agree with the policeman, except I would have looked at the dead person and taken a picture, once the officer invited me. After all, if one has to pay the fine, then the picture is the least one can get out of it!
