In my obsessive scanning of old negatives I came upon some color infrared slides, this one from the Tucson mountains.

Doug,

Think of all the treasure we overlook right within twenty of where we sleep at night. How many other treasure do you have that just sit in some box waiting for attention.

What's especially interesting is that it provides a window on your own and perhaps even out views on how to look at things, at that time.

When the Beatles where the mot active, roaming the planet for wisdom, they found their way to gurus of the East, especially India. That gave them and a lot of us a different way of looking at things and ideas we took for granted. "Imagine", by Lennon came from that period.

Here we have a blush of pink-rose-magenta bushes, almost a '60s trip in itself!

Infrared slides are pretty exotic! I wonder who has a box of them they'd just put away! At least one doesn't have to alter any expensive items as in digital photography!

I onder if the film is still available?
