They have been there since I moved here in July but the shot I got back then wasn't good enough to post so I decide to go out today & get a few shots.
Also, I don't know if anyone saw the real duck in the first shot.

The blurred image of the bird doesn't look like an image of a duck, Their heads project further out on long necks. I would guess a pidgeon.
