Emigre Huorns in Wisconsin

Rumour has it that some Huorn warriors left Fangorn Forest after the Battle of Hornburg to settle in what we now call Wisconsin. Could those pictured below be survivors of that Huorn emigration? Would Wisconsin welcome them nowadays? :)
