By late September in Yellowstone the summer green has faded and the aspens have turned yellow. At the time of my visit some of the aspens were still turning from green to yellow, some were at their peak color, and a lot were already shedding their leaves. Taken in late afternoon with a Pentax K20D and Pentax A 24mm f/2.8, 1/250 @ f/22, ISO 800.
