I am surprised there has been no comment on this image. Disappointing.

The poem stanza is from "The Raven" by Edgar Allan Poe;
But the Raven, sitting lonely on the placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing farther then he uttered—not a feather then he fluttered—
Till I scarcely more than muttered “Other friends have flown before—
On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before.”
Then the bird said “Nevermore.”

The writing on the sign says "Nevermore" in both Hebrew and Arabic signifying a need for the killing to stop on both sides.

Wow! And for two whole days. Is there no justice?

As pour moi, sorry, I was sleeping, and eating, and taking care of doctors' appointments and prescriptions and a DNS crisis in my computer system.

It is a lovely image, rich in many graphic elements, and very meaningful, especially today, Thanks so much.

Best regards,

Doug

Hi, Asher,

Very nice.

I wish for peace for all, but know that I will not see that. But I hope for some overall movement in that direction.

Best regards,

Doug
