This is a relatively new technology. By translating between the communication protocols of different brands, the commands from a Canon EOS would be understood by a Carl Zeiss lens in Contax N mount. Autofocus and auto aperture are thus attained.

So, you get the lens already modified to Canon EF mount, with box, case, etc. No reserve.
