Nice Asher. Where did you find the lovely little kangaroo paw?
Wow! You wrote this?Il n’a pas fini de pleuvoir.
Les restes d'une mouche liée
Emprisonné par une araignée cachée
S'accroche aux fibres de soie du Web
... Nous sommes dans nos bulles d'auto-illusion
Ignorant notre destin!
Could it be that the rain wash out the virus? It’s raining here, Nicolas!
We are locked in, wrapped up in worry by an unseen enemy that decides when to devour us!
Asher
My neighborhood!
Thanks for identifying it for me! Is it native to Australia?
Asher
Unfortunately, no. It grows inside us. We have another 18 months at least!Could it be that the rain wash out the virus?
Yes Asher, they are only found in the remarkable ‘land island’ of south western Western Australia. The land island is created by being surrounded by desert on two sides (massive deserts) and ocean on the other sides.
Keep an eye on that plant, what you’ve photographed is only the early stage of its flowering. The best is yet to come.
When it opens up the ‘kangaroo paw’ will become obvious.
That’s at a similar stage, still to open up, be patient, you’ll see.
Will it be like this Anigozanthos flavidus?
Thanks! I will look tomorrow! That’s at a similar stage, still to open up, be patient, you’ll see.
