While researching the net I came across this organisation:

It may not be relevant, but if I am not mistaken, to date the EU counts 27 member states, in addition, macedonia, croatia and turkey are negotiated as canditates.
The FEP is currently represented by 19 including Russia.

Just curious, has anyone comes across this org. before? Do such organisation have any deeper relevance to you in your daily business?
