-the water in the FG is a bit of a distraction
-the bright light in the top right BG is a bit of a distraction

tweak

-cropped the lower part of the photo to get rid of the DOF water in
the FG and healed out the rest

-darkened (burn) the bright light in the top right BG

-lightened (dodge) the green highlights in the water

Great work Peter !

Good to have your input, Dwayne!

However, look at the picture by just removing 1" at the top. Then the foreground works as is! The extra splash of brightness at the border makes for a series of white effects: the bird, its reflection and then the lower picture border.

I think I prefer the slightly cropped version, which eliminates the foreground elements, but both are pretty strong because of the primary content.

The reflection looks almost too good to be true in the little jpg.
