What does the word Fondamental mean in this context? I know that there's a society for supporting mental health: Fonda Mental. However, this word would also be great for a Rock Band, nightclub or a Café!

I've discovered this translated website showing bi-monthly murals painted La Pointe Jean Poulmarch, at 79 Quai de Valmy in Paris and here are more on Flikr.

So now, Cedric, we have a touch of better idea of the mural. We now know it has only temporary existence there.

A sunny saturday in Paris...

This man with his violin passes between a mélange of motorbikes and a large hand painted mural which has a life, it seems of just 8 weeks. So this is about transience of thing. The images, suggesting body parts and love, come and go and the bikes will allow folk to do the same. Between this gauntlet of temporary presence, the musician marches by, mind on his music, girlfriend or on the distance, perhaps the next café or even the necessary W.C.
