Keep these coming please Fahim. I've seen similar instruments used by Black Sea nations. It must be an Asian thing.

Hi Fahim
The image gives me the impression that it is an instrument that he has recently made himself?

This bloke is a regular busker around the traps. This time in Adelaide. He plays a mean fiddle. He tells me he makes the instruments. He has an amplified version as well. Flogs CDs on the side.
What with this, violins, Chapman Stick and steel drums, the malls are filled with beautiful music.
Always worth a shot, eh, Fahim.

Asher, James..

The instrument is most likely the Banhu or a variety.
a busker I passed by in Beijing.

Though I found a lot of people playing similar instruments in many places..parks, sitting under a shaded bench etc.

Thanks for looking in.
