OPF/Gallery One has been selected for the Gallery section of the coming international shows, Photo Independant and Photo Contemporary 2015. This was based on submission of the photographs which our jurors help us assemble from the very large section of your wonderful work.

Congrats Asher. But what does it mean really, the Gallery Section?

It means that people will be prepared to pay more as they pictures are expected to have to pass a higher bar. They are reviewed by the galleries people and then by the Exhibition curators. So I feel that it puts us in a better place. Photo Independant, itself is fine, but mostly independent unique photographers. Gallery space means that someone is betting on them selling!

Well, I guess this means I am in higher cotton than I thought. Wish I could be present at the show's opening but the stars got a bit out of alignment this time around. Smiles for all those presenting and kudos to Asher for all his hard work.

Everything is now organization! I can't take my life so casually and just wait for the hummingbirds to visit!

All the pictures have to be examined, matted and framed. The website has to be set up and the map of the gallery has to be gone over carefully.
