Hello folk,
Greetings from the land of Nizams!
My interest in photography started during my school days - late sixties or early seventies. Never published anything though, except for college magazines. Generally an experimenter, more on the technical than the artistic side. DIY-er to the core. The black-n-white days were best for that, I guess - had set up my dark-room in my bachelor-kitchen, made a wooden enlarger (with an Agfa bellows camera for the lens), experimenting on chemical formulas and so on... But colour processing was beyond my scope.
I mainly use a Nikon FM2 (yeah, 1985!), sometimes borrow my daughter's Lumix. Until about six years ago I thought digital has a long way to go, but now it looks like digitech has overshot 35mm tech. Time to upgrade myself, I think. I landed on this forum searching for anything on digital photography. Boy, this is a great place!
