Hi Perry,

Ray is our "Seargeant at Arms" and helps us keep merchandising separate from the rest of the website. Your book, however, is just the kind of project we like to support. It fits well with our forum here . So you could post details about the book there with several images if you like. :)

I have looked through your galleries and am impressed with your span of photography. I'm especially interested in your work with diverse communities and the dem0nstration of beauty over a swathe of ethnic diversity. You have made your own path and it is a good one.

Thanks for joining us. We'll be enriched by your images here and sharing of techniques for great skin!

Thanks for your such kind words in regards to so called "Blatent Adverts." However, I understood that this forum was about photography! My book is just that! If I see a photographer with some great images and he or she had put them all together in a book for all to enjoy, I would most definately like to know where the book is available! If you do not like my contribution to this forum, kindly let me know and I will happily discontinue posting my work.

Hi Perry,

I thought as of yesterday everything was clear. My mail to you clearly says we weclome your work. We also try to support the success, practical, esthetic and commercial of all photographers here. If you sell your books we are delighted. However, this particular section of the fora is for discussion of process and images, not products we sell. That's just how we are set up.

If you reread what is written you will see that we are generous. We have a place for your book in Uptown and your are already posted there and we gladly do this as a courtesy to any OPF member as we want people to succeed. I personally am delighted to see anyone do well. That's how we are.

There's no need to take offense and believe it or not we are not sarcastic mean or ever talk with hidden agendas. This is a very open place and if you can see the distinction between posting for commercial needs and posting for sharing photography as i've explained, then you will be happy here.

If you look at the posts in Uptown you will see that we do have a number of services we try to support and it works well that way.

Ray was not giving "kind words" he just was very direct. That's Ray!

I do hope you'll be happy, relax and just enjoy!
