How to upload pictures from flickr

Hi,

I'm new in here with less experience of how to upload pictures to OPF (In other forums pics can be uploaded from disk ...).
I do have an account on flickr and on zenfolio. Uploads from zenfolio don't work, so I'd like to try flickr, but the pics there have numbers without the ending ".jpg"
Can someone give me advice to upload from flickr or any other hints on how you manage uploading pics here?
