then again, only a privileged few got to buy a Leica at that time. HCB was one of the handful, if not the only one, clicking his Leica at that time in and around Paris; and around madame Coco, and that painter..what was his name again...

Pity Mr. HCB never thought of impressing the monks with his Leica or traveling to the colonies...

HCB did actually travel and spent time in various parts of the world, though I can't recall an itinery at present.

I stand corrected Mike. I didn't meet him so assumed he was not there. I am not on Facebook, and HCB doesn't Tweet. Or didn't, last I heard.
