Hi guys.....
I am back after a very very long gap. And here is my latest shots.

DSC_0018.jpg

Last week i was at a temple. And i saw these boys playing around. I asked them to sit on a steps and i asked them to give me a pose. They laughed at me. I made them sit one behind the other. And i break out a joke with them. They laughed. And this is the result. Actually shot in color. I turned this as a BW in photoshop. Hope you like it

This is also shot in the same temple. A boy was looking at me shooting pictures around. I just went near him and asked his name. He was looking at my camera lens with a very different emotion. I shot that. This is the result.

This old lady was walking slowly on the corridor of the temple. i saw a nice silhouette with my real eyes. I made my exposure. And this is the final result.

All the shots above were shot in this temple only. This structure is called GOPURAM. This temple is at NARAIYUR, South tamilnadu, India. All the boys, old lady everyone is shot in this temple only.

Hope you like all my post. Thanks a lot.

Welcome back, Oli, really good to see more of your honest work!

I admit to be the one who centered your pictures and inserted white space between successive images. Art, if it gets air in it's nostrils is alive and, at its best, outlives us. Here you should always give your darlings room to live and breath, not compact words and images together. I won't address black frames but I had to put in space to rescue your pictures from being compressed archaic life-forms fossilized in layers of text sediment!

Good job. I'll return to comment for real.

Bonjour Oli
The kids are "enormous"! very nice shots.
But I'd like in the 1st one to have the house's angles to be vertical, the presence of the kids would have looked even stronger.

Ya Nicolas..
But i shot that little bit tilted to make the viewers eye to go diagnolly across the faces. From the first to the last.
But i accept your opinion. That would look better than this. Thanks a lot.

Hi Oli

Glad to see you back.....

I really like the first, even though the background is tilted, the expressions of the children shines through, typical little boys having a laugh, lovely!

However my pick of these would have to be no 3.
