I don't do weddings

specially not in Prague.

Walking along enjoying the beautiful sights of Prague, the wife insisted on walking to the castle, which
I thankfully refused to do.

Walking around I generally use zone focus on my street camera. easier that way. Anyway, I come across
this gathering of people all dolled up right out of a Fred Astaire movie. Curious I am. Edged closer to the action.

I seemed to be very out of place, not least for my dress believe me. Could never be mistaken for a
relative or close family friend. Sauntered over to a very serious looking woman, all dolled up, and mumbled softly while asking with a flourish of my hand what's up doc!

It was for a brief millisecond, but loonng, and she sized me up and turned to her side to speak to a man.
He too looked at me, I felt slightly out of place. Don't know why?

He looked at my camera with disdain and by now the other actors started sizing me up too. There was
this ' Hired' photog with heavy armor all over his body looking like Rambo coming out of church service.

Quick thinking, I ignored everyone and went on the other side of the photog. Lo, wow and behold from this
entrance walked forth the prince and princess. Everyone started clapping, the photog was jumping
left and right..one camera and then another.

Totally ignored, I just fired off a few shots and walked away. The bride caught a glimpse of me and smiled. I put my thumb up, waved her and left Fred Astaire and friends carry on with their rituals.

I wish the couple a happy and satisfying life.
