Whart did you do to the top? Is it reversed rose on water and then smudged.

Don is absolutely right, Asher. It is a reflection captured in a small pond.
A rose was kept at the edge barely dipping in the water to create small ripple. The snapshot was taken just when the petal touched the water. Hence only ripple at the top that quickly dissipated.
